Jane is an innovative director who works across theatre and performance. She is the artistic director of The Deconverters, co-ordinating groups of diverse artists, to work collaboratively investigating questions and ideas that fascinate, confuse and infuriate. The work of The Deconverters has featured at many festivals, and are currently touring a work called The Passenger. Jane also works as a freelance theatre director, educator, dramaturg and performer.
